Mr. Calvert has represented twenty-nine home owner’s association’s consisting of greater than three thousand homes in Middle Tennessee. Representing home owner’s associations and collecting the fees that are past due from members of the community can be a delicate task. The home owner’s association needs to be paid its monthly or quarterly dues to maintain the standards of the community while recognizing that these are difficult economic times and members of the community are your friends and neighbors.
We take the approach that we are people too and we understand that sometimes it is difficult to pay home owner’s association dues when money is tight. As such, we have developed two levels of service that generate immediate results and income to the home owner’s association.
